Giselle, Almighty Creations, is a 24-year-old self-taught artist born and raised in Houston TX. Having grown up in an eccentric family Giselle always expressed herself through creative outlets like music and art. Her love for DIY, makeup, and fashion blossomed throughout the years and with that, she naturally gravitated toward career choices that utilized her creativity. After a few years of being a freelance makeup artist, Giselle had to put her small business to a halt due to the Covid-19 pandemic. During the lockdown, Giselle struggled to find other ways to express herself besides makeup but she eventually discovers the world of fiber art through the power of social media. Giselle equipped her avatar with crochet and sewing abilities and after leveling up her skills she became confident in her creations and began sharing her work on the TikTok platform. Mainly working with crochet and sewing Giselle creates vibrant projects and educational YouTube tutorials to encourage others to test their limits and try something new while keeping sustainability in mind. The term "Customize Your Avatar" was inspired by the video games Giselle played growing up. In 2023, Giselle aims to share her wearable art and techniques to spread the joy of making clothes while healing her inner child by dressing up like a cartoon character.
